At Saxon Lifts we can continue to support our customers by installing and commissioning our lifts with our own trained engineers.  This includes pre-installation site surveys from which site specific method statements will be prepared and submitted, prior to installation.

Once a lift has been installed we can offer after sales support with maintenance inspection contracts, servicing, LOLER inspections and spare parts support from our dedicated team.

We can also train customers own engineers to maintain their own lifts. Many of our larger customers have taken advantage of facility especially in production critical 24 hour 7 day week manufacturing environments. Instruction and training of operators can also be undertaken.

Spare parts availability is guaranteed for a period of 10 years but in many cases we are still able to support lifts that are over 20 years old.

Saxon Lifts have a dedicated team of fully trained engineers who provide our after sales support. We offer the following services:-

  • Emergency call out repairs.
  • Planned maintenance contracts.
  • Major overhauls of existing lifts.
  • LOLER inspections and detailed condition reporting.
  • Operational training.
  • Maintenance training of client personnel.
  • On site weight testing and certification.
